Welcome to our professional network app (Gnanee.io). The App is owned and operated by Gnanee.io, and these Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the App.
By using the App, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree to these Terms, do not use the App.
  1. Eligibility

    Username Guidelines: When creating a username, you agree to comply with the following rules:

    • Usernames must be between [4] and [25] characters in length.
    • Only letters (A-Z, a-z), numbers (0-9), and underscores (_) are allowed.
    • Special characters such as ".", "-", "!" are not allowed.
    • Usernames must not include offensive, inappropriate, or vulgar language.
    • Impersonation of other individuals, brands, or organizations is prohibited.
    • Usernames must not infringe on trademarks or copyrighted materials. Unauthorized use of brand names or trademarks is not allowed.
    • We reserve the right to modify or reclaim usernames for official use or if they violate these guidelines.

    You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account login credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account.

    We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect any fraudulent, abusive, or illegal activity, or if your username violates these Terms.

    2. The App allows you to post content, such as your professional experience, education, and other relevant information (“User Content”). You retain all ownership rights in your User Content.

By posting User Content on the App, you grant us a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free, perpetual, and irrevocable license to use, reproduce, modify, distribute, and display your User Content in connection with the App.

You represent and warrant that your User Content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of any third party. You agree to indemnify us and hold us harmless from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your User Content.

We reserve the right to remove any User Content that we deem inappropriate, in our sole discretion.

    2. You agree not to use the App for any purpose that is illegal or prohibited by these Terms. Specifically, you agree not to:

    • Post any User Content that is false, misleading, or defamatory;
    • Use the App to send unsolicited messages or spam;
    • Impersonate any person or entity;
    • Access or use the App in any way that could damage, disable, or impair our servers or networks;
    • Use any automated means, such as robots or spiders, to access the App or collect data from the App;
    • Attempt to circumvent any security measures we have in place;
    • Engage in any other conduct that we determine, in our sole discretion, is harmful to our users, our App, or our business.

    3. The App and all of its content, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, are the property of Gnanee.io or its licensors and are protected by United States and international copyright laws.

    You may not copy, distribute, modify, or create derivative works of the App or any of its content without our prior written consent.

    4. THE APP AND ALL OF ITS CONTENT ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” WITHOUT WARRANTY OF ANY KIND, EITHER EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING WITHOUT LIMITATION, WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

    WE MAKE NO REPRESENTATIONS OR WARRANTIES THAT THE APP WILL BE ERROR-FREE OR UNINTERRUPTED, THAT DEFECTS WILL BE CORRECTED, OR THAT THE APP OR ITS SERVERS ARE FREE OF VIRUSES OR OTHER HARMFUL COMPONENTS.
